988 Clinical Manager, Chat & Text

Responsibilities

→Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
→Independent or associate behavioral health licensure, with the ability to obtain the applicable Washington State credential.
→Ability to meet Washington State Mental Health Professional requirements.
→4–5+ years of leadership experience in behavioral health crisis work.
→Strong knowledge of crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, clinical supervision, and behavioral health standards.
→Excellent written and digital communication skills.
→Experience with crisis chat/text, web-based crisis services, or digital contact center environments is strongly preferred.
