Drywall Finisher/Taper

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Drywall Finishers/Tapers for projects located in or around Buffalo, NY. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Drywall Finisher/Taper and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

• Tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall
• Apply joint compound and install corner bead
• Perform drywall patching and repair work
• Complete Level 4 and Level 5 drywall finishes as required
• Prepare surfaces for painting
• Perform professional painting duties when applicable to the assignment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow project specifications and quality standards

• Minimum of 2 years of professional drywall finishing experience
• Experience in residential and/or commercial construction
• Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality workmanship
• Must have appropriate hand tools for the trade
• Reliable transportation to and from jobsites
• Professional painting experience is a plus, but not
