QE Retail Lead

• Senior QE leadership, transformation, governance, or program leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, testing strategy, quality governance, and release-readiness practices.
• Experience leading organizational change and process-improvement initiatives.
• Experience developing metrics, KPI frameworks, scorecards, and executive reporting.
• Proven ability to influence and drive outcomes across multiple teams without direct authority.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder-management, and executive communication skills.
• Experience working directly with senior leaders, directors, and architects.
• Ability to convert assessment findings and recommendations into measurable operational improvements.
