Under the direction of leadership of Digital Solutions, and in line with established procedures and organizational principles, the Product Manager assumes responsibility for the execution of digital and technology strategies, with a focus on team-level product development, operational excellence, and member-centric initiatives.

The Product Manager leads product enhancements, delivery, and ongoing optimization exclusively within Apple FCU’s digital banking area. This role advances the mobile application, online banking, and related self-service digital experiences by managing the product backlog, applying analytical insights, and improving the member experience across digital interaction points. Success in this role requires fluency in credit union terminology, products, and business practices, along with broad product management experience across acquisition, activation, usage, retention, and the product lifecycle. The role wears many hats: it may lead enterprise level initiatives, work day to day with Agile Scrum teams, and take on operational tasks that help Digital Solutions meet evolving business needs. It combines internal product development and cross functional collaboration with substantial vendor management, including aligning vendor capabilities, delivery, and support with Apple FCU’s priorities. This role brings adaptability, judgment, and communication skills to move between strategic planning, team delivery, vendor coordination, and operational execution. The Product Manager performs duties in accordance with Apple FCU policies and procedures and all relevant legislation and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act. Performs other duties as assigned by Digital Management
