• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• At least 5 years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting; FQHC, rural health or ambulatory clinic experience.

• Clinical licensure is not required but beneficial.

• Experience with change management or with building systems where none existed.

• Demonstrated understanding of both front office and back-office clinic operations.

• Calm, organized, people-centered, solutions-oriented leadership style.

• Proven ability to think ahead, assess situations logically and make sound, timely decisions.

• Strong organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

• Experience with an EHR/practice management system (athenaOne preferred).

• Able to interpret data, manage reports and oversee administrative systems.

• Lives in or near the assigned community (Bonners Ferry or Priest River) and can work on-site.

• Flexible enough to meet operational needs, including occasional extended or non-standard hours (e.g., weather closures).
