Responsibilities

→Build the Journey 1 AI agent using Azure AI Foundry and LangGraph.
→Design and implement state machines, prompts, guardrails, and fallback mechanisms based on the agreed conversation design.
→Integrate the agent with the mini-orchestrator platform and OTP verification flow.
→Integrate AI agents with external systems and APIs using tool-calling capabilities.
→Lead system and integration testing activities.
→Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve identified defects.
→Ensure reliable agent behavior through validation, error handling, and fallback strategies.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience building LLM-based conversational agents using Azure AI Foundry and LangGraph.
Proven expertise in Prompt Engineering, guardrails design, and fallback strategies.
Experience integrating AI agents with external APIs through tool-calling frameworks.
Solid understanding of conversational AI architecture and orchestration patterns.
Experience designing customer-facing AI solutions for regulated environments.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
Upper-Intermediate English level (B2+) or higher.
