Hello! Please give this job description a thorough perusal before you decide to apply. There are aspects that will immediately knock you out of contention and we don’t like raising hopes unnecessarily. For example: if getting past gatekeepers sounds like a grind instead of a puzzle, or recording interactions in our CRM comes off a chore vs. an opportunity to grow our knowledge base, you’re sadly not the human we’re looking for. And note the difference between Tablestakes requirements and What Makes You Shine!

Cover letters are welcomed, appreciated, and reviewed (by a human).

Applicants must reside in the States. We cannot facilitate VISAs.

Location: 100% Remote w/ occasional in-person meetups

What We Offer

~1 min read

PrescriberPoint, a Series A startup incubated by BCG Digital Ventures and funded by Lilly, Pfizer, MasterCard, and Adobe, is modernizing how U.S. healthcare professionals (HCPs) get patients on therapy. Our platform streamlines prescribing by bringing together trusted drug information, coverage and prior authorization requirements, patient affordability options, and practice tools—while enabling compliant collaboration with pharmaceutical brand teams. PriorAuth is our flagship AI-powered workflow automation platform, transforming healthcare case management from manual processes to intelligent, automated conversations.

Position Overview:
The Customer Development Representative (CDR) at PrescriberPoint is a strategic role focused on maximizing engagement, education, and utilization of our Samples product with HCPs on behalf of our pharmaceutical sponsors. With a strong background in HCP engagement and workflows, the CDR enables and drives sample pull-through, deepens provider relationships, and contributes to quantifiable script lift.
