Security Alarm Analyst - Full Time

• →Utilize AI-enabled tools and multiple information sources for continuous real-time surveillance.
• →Proactively identify, assess, and escalate potential safety and security risks across the enterprise.
• →Serve as the primary point of contact to investigate and triage incoming system alarms.
• →Lead initial response workflows for safety concerns on building premises using established SOPs.
• →Dispatch Security Officers, a primary on-site responder for incident investigation and resolution. 
• →Coordinate appropriate emergency response services, including fire, medical, or law enforcement, as needed.
• →Partner with external vendor staff and operational teams to escalate and resolve incidents efficiently. 
• →Assist with maintaining real-time communication channels to give key stakeholders clear visibility into ongoing crises and business interruptions.
• →Manage security data and information flow to empower data-driven decision-making across the global enterprise.
• →Handle sensitive and confidential security information with high discretion and integrity to protect assets and intellectual property.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in Security and 1+ years of experience in customer service experience.
• Strong computer / technology skills needed.
• Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
• Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus!
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
• Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
