Part-time Direct Support Professional

You'll provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build confidence, gain independence, and achieve goals they never thought possible. • →Help individuals participate in community activities and social events
• →Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship
• →Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming
• →Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
• →Empower individuals to reach their goals and live as independently as possible 

• One or more years of experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (If you do not have this experience, training may be available through our apprentice program)
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. While we will complete education verification as part of the hiring process, providing a copy of your diploma, GED certificate, or certified/sealed transcripts can help prevent delays if records are difficult to obtain.
• 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to community activities
• CNA experience a plus!
