• →Consistently and safely operates machines at or above standard levels of operation including waste, quality, efficiency and utilization
• →Trouble shoot, identify and correct machine related problems through proper adjustments to various parts of the machine
• →Provide innovative solutions for production issues
• →Provides support and guidance to less experienced personnel
• →Completes appropriate end of shift paperwork, accounting for crewing time, machine time, and production quantities
• →Able to inspect and recognize defective product and make machine adjustments to correct cause of defects
• →Observes all housekeeping, standard work and safety guidelines
• →Mechanical aptitude, demonstrated problem solving skills and effective communication skills - written and verbal are required
• →Performs other duties as assigned

• The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year manufacturing or industrial experience working with production equipment and proven mechanical ability.
• Consistently and safely operates machines at or above standard levels of operation including waste, quality, efficiency and utilization.
• Trouble shoot, identify and correct machine related problems through proper adjustments to various parts of the machine.
• Provide innovative solutions for production issues. Provides support and guidance to less experienced personnel.
• Completes appropriate end of shift paperwork, accounting for crewing time, machine time, and production quantities.
• Able to inspect and recognize defective product and make machine adjustments to correct cause of defects.

• Must be able to constantly stand, walk, use hands, and arms
• Must be able to occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs
• Must frequently be able to bend at the waist/ hips
• Constantly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Constantly required reaching away from the body and frequently reaching overhead
• Ability to keep up with a machine conveyor line
• Able to work in differing temperatures
• Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime as required
