Security Shuttle Driver | $25/hr

• Passenger Transportation: Safely operate a passenger van shuttle to transport employees, visitors, and guests between designated locations.
• Vehicle Safety: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Customer Service: Provide courteous, professional, and helpful service to all passengers.
• Route Operations: Follow established routes and schedules while maintaining safe driving practices.
• Traffic Compliance: Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws and company driving policies.
• Passenger Assistance: Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and loading/unloading personal items as needed.
• Communication: Maintain accurate logs, complete required reports, and communicate operational issues to supervisors.
• Safety Monitoring: Report accidents, incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity promptly and accurately.
• Additional Duties: Perform other transportation-related responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of one (1) year of consistent driving experience required.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Reliable communication and transportation.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening, including drug testing, background check, and motor vehicle record review.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred but not required.
• Previous shuttle, passenger transportation, delivery, commercial driving, or professional driving experience.
• Knowledge of defensive driving practices and vehicle safety procedures.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor.
