As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide professional customer service and communication. • →Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a government location.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• →Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with established procedures, providing directions and assistance as needed.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or public agencies when required.
• →Prepare clear, accurate reports and daily activity logs documenting patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns.

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and baton is preferred.
• Baton certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
