The Lead Inspection Technician is a working lead who performs fire system inspections and testing while training and guiding the other inspection technicians on their island (Oahu or Kauai). The lead is the team’s go-to technical resource, sets the example for safety and quality, and helps the Inspection Manager complete inspections on time and on budget. The lead does not approve timecards or give progressive discipline; those stay with the Inspection Manager.
