As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape intuitive, impactful digital experiences for a global platform transforming how businesses manage their international workforce. You will take ownership of complex product challenges, designing solutions across employee-facing interfaces, employer portals, and internal administrative tools. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers, you will drive projects from discovery and ideation through implementation and post-launch improvements. You will combine strong UX and UI expertise with strategic product thinking to solve real customer problems. You will also contribute to evolving scalable design systems and improving consistency across multiple product experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to influence products used by a diverse international audience while exploring how AI can enhance design processes and user experiences.

Lead end-to-end product design: Own the entire design lifecycle, from understanding business needs and conducting discovery to ideation, prototyping, implementation, design QA, and post-release iteration.
Understand customer needs: Investigate user behavior, identify pain points, analyze business challenges, and translate insights into effective product solutions.
Design impactful experiences: Create intuitive, visually polished, and user-friendly interfaces that address complex workflows across web and mobile products.
Think holistically: Connect user journeys and interactions across employee portals, employer platforms, and internal administrative tools to deliver consistent experiences.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver high-quality solutions.
Communicate design decisions: Present concepts, explain design rationale, incorporate feedback, and document functional logic and acceptance criteria.
Contribute to design systems: Develop, maintain, and improve reusable components, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
Drive continuous improvement: Participate in design reviews, test final implementations, identify opportunities for optimization, and refine experiences based on feedback.
Explore AI-driven innovation: Experiment with emerging AI technologies, improve design workflows, and contribute to the development of intelligent product experiences.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end product design for web and mobile applications.
Strong experience designing B2B products, ideally within HR technology, payroll, fintech, or other compliance-intensive industries.
Excellent knowledge of both UX and UI design principles, supported by a portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem-solving and high-quality execution.
Proven experience working with and contributing to scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into clear, effective, and user-centered solutions.
Experience managing the complete design lifecycle, from initial discovery through implementation, quality assurance, and iteration.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work independently within cross-functional development teams, taking initiative without relying on detailed instructions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Genuine passion for product design, continuous learning, and creating meaningful user experiences.
Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and experience experimenting with AI tools or designing AI-powered features is highly valued.
