The ShopBack Group is Asia-Pacific's leading shopping and rewards platform, trusted by over 20 million active members across 13 markets, including Germany and the United States. Driven by the vision to make every day more rewarding, ShopBack saves members money and time with more ways to earn and more to do with what they earn, and empowers merchants and brand partners to effectively engage its members. Founded in Singapore in 2014, ShopBack now powers over US$5.5 billion in annual sales and half a million transactions a day for more than 20,000 online and in-store partners.

About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Campaign Associate / Senior Associate to join our Marketing team and own end-to-end marketing campaigns for ShopBack and our brand and merchant partners. You'll lead campaigns from planning and strategy through execution and post-campaign analysis, working cross-functionally to drive strong outcomes.
  • Own end-to-end campaign planning, strategy, execution, and post-campaign analysis for ShopBack, brand, and merchant campaigns
  • Manage partner campaigns, including product launches and other integrated brand initiatives
  • In-Store Marketing expertise: Work together with the design and operations team to continuously optimize In-Store point of sale materials (POSM) and processes to amplify ShopBack’s value proposition at every consumer touchpoint.
  • Coordinate closely with Business Development, local Operations, Regional Operations, Product, Graphic Design, CRM, and other relevant teams
  • Able to collaborate closely with stakeholders confidently.
  • Identify campaign issues early and work directly with the appropriate stakeholders to resolve them
  • Use campaign data to evaluate performance, identify insights, and recommend improvements
  • Support effective campaign messaging and provide copywriting suggestions to improve brand performance
  • Use AI tools to research, analyze information, structure thinking, and solve day-to-day campaign challenges more effectively
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in marketing campaign planning and execution
  • Experience managing campaigns from initial planning through launch and post-campaign analysis
  • Experience in offline marketing (i.e. POSMs)
  • High level of ownership, initiative, independence, and sound judgement
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across multiple functions
  • Hands-on approach to execution, with tenacity to work through challenges and competing priorities
  • Fluency with AI tools, including writing effective prompts, evaluating outputs, refining approach, and using AI to support analysis and problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills and ability to contribute thoughtful copywriting recommendations
  • Experience in e-commerce, online travel, or technology company
  • Familiarity with CRM campaigns and lifecycle marketing
    • Agency - We take ownership and act, rather than waiting for permission. When something's blocking progress, we find a way through it and follow through until it's done.
    • Judgement - We aim for high-impact decisions, not just easy wins, and we put the bigger picture ahead of individual interests. That means moving quickly and confidently, while staying thoughtful about when a call really matters.
    • Learning Velocity - We pick up new skills fast and let go of old habits just as quickly when something better comes along. We benchmark ourselves against the best and keep raising our own bar.
    • Tenacity - We stay in it when things get hard, keeping a level head under pressure. We debate openly before deciding, then commit fully — and support each other along the way.
    • Career growth opportunities to take on greater challenges that help you realise your ambitions.
    • Be part of a winning team on a journey to global scale.
    • Competitive compensation based on performance.
    • Candid, open, and collaborative culture where feedback is valued.
