Our client is a boutique consulting firm that employs consultants and professionals with unique skill sets to support the federal government with strategic execution, financial process enablement, IT systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation. What will you do Support Federal financial process analysis, audit documentation, and corrective action planning. Document workflows and assist with change management and training materials. Responsibilities Conduct research on Federal financial standards, policies, and regulations to support team analyses and client inquiries. Assist in preparing PBC responses, meeting agendas, and documentation for client walkthroughs and stakeholder meetings. Support root-cause analysis by compiling finding details, organizing supporting documentation, and drafting initial corrective action steps. Document current-state financial workflows, organizational processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Participate in change management and training support activities, including drafting presentation slides and reference materials. Assist in creating process maps, basic data models, and visual workflows using standard mapping tools. Requirements Bachelor’s degree. Interim Secret security clearance or higher. Ability to research Federal financial standards, policies, and regulations to support analyses and client inquiries.
