  • Negotiate construction changes and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Establish standardized construction reporting, project controls, and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular executive briefings on project status, financial performance, milestones, and critical risks.

  • Collaborate closely with LMI’s dedicated SCIF specialist and corporate security organization.
  • Support the execution of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) construction projects and other secure environments.

  • Manage construction schedules, cost performance, contractor coordination, and project delivery within secure environments.
  • Work with designated security authorities and qualified specialists to support facility inspections, accreditation preparation, and operational readiness.
  • Ensure contractor activities are aligned with applicable security procedures and access requirements.

  • Oversee construction projects across LMI’s national facilities portfolio.
  • Travel up to 60% to active project locations, including extended site visits during critical construction activities.
  • Coordinate with local contractors, corporate facilities, security, IT, finance, procurement, and executive leadership.
