Technical Tools
Software EngineeringIntegration Developer

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade integrations that connect complex business applications and enable seamless data exchange across different systems. You will take ownership of integration projects from initial technical requirements and architecture through development, testing, and production deployment. Working primarily with C# and .NET, you will build REST APIs, implement middleware solutions, and develop event-driven integrations using modern technologies. You will help organizations connect critical enterprise platforms, including ERP, financial management, and document management systems. Beyond development, you will ensure integrations remain secure, scalable, and reliable through robust error handling, monitoring, and automated testing. You will also collaborate directly with customers and cross-functional engineering teams, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions. This is an opportunity to take ownership of challenging integration projects and make a direct impact on enterprise operations and customer success.

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise integration projects, from requirements gathering and technical design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend integration solutions using C# and .NET.
  • Connect enterprise applications and business platforms, including ERP, financial management, and document management systems.
  • Build integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, middleware platforms, webhooks, messaging systems, and event-driven architectures.
  • Implement synchronous and asynchronous communication patterns, including Kafka-based event processing.
  • Develop data mapping, transformation, and orchestration processes to ensure accurate and consistent information exchange between systems.
  • Create reusable integration components, frameworks, and architectural patterns to simplify future integration projects.
  • Design reliable integration workflows with appropriate error handling, retry mechanisms, logging, monitoring, and recovery strategies.
  • Investigate integration failures across multiple systems, identify root causes, and implement sustainable technical solutions.
  • Ensure integrations can handle duplicate messages, unexpected data formats, temporary service interruptions, and other production challenges.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests covering APIs, integration workflows, and end-to-end scenarios.
  • Manage deployments across development, testing, and production environments while following established engineering and quality standards.
  • Monitor production integrations and continuously improve their reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their technical environments, business processes, and integration requirements.
  • Participate in technical meetings, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Troubleshoot customer-reported issues, communicate progress, and explain technical challenges and proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering, implementation, quality assurance, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful project delivery.
