• →Process quality job role of maintaining highest level of quality through patrol quality,
• →Execution of daily Quality checklist to ensure all processes in place.
• →Process audit ensuring correctness of data capturing on each Quality Gate.
• →Non-confirming material management process.
• →Data compilation of process Quality and MIS
• →Following QAPs and certifying processes.  
• →Problem solving for Defects identified on assembly lines and monitoring, drive Q circles
• →Process improvement projects resulting in Quality product.
• →Issue of Test certificates to customers as per requirement
• →Executes Quality Assurance project plans and processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving.
• →Reviews and makes recommendations for Quality Assurance plans, guidelines, policies, and processes to ensure the achievement of Quality targets.
• →Provides production process analysis, ensuring quality standards are met and making recommendations for quality improvements.
• →Conducts collection and analysis of quality information for the development of quality strategy and programs.
• →Reviews and analyzes quality improvement processes to ensure on-going reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and escapes.
