Quality System Manager (Onsite)

• Experience delivering in an agile environment using jira, github, and other similar tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across technical and business teams and communicate status and risk to leadership.
• SAP QM experience, particularly quality notifications; exposure to S4/HANA.
• Product management experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL; experience with databricks and/or qlik.
• Business analysis or product certification, or lean/six sigma training.

• →Own end-to-end delivery for MRB digital products: requirements, functional design, testing, and release readiness.
• →Lead requirements work with MRB members, engineering, operations; map current and future-state processes and turn them into well-formed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• →Write and maintain functional specifications that development teams can build from without guesswork, and keep them current as requirements change.
• →Plan and lead system and user acceptance testing: author test scripts, coordinate business testers, drive defects to closure, and maintain traceability from requirement to test to defect resolution.
• →Make the test sign-off recommendation for each release, giving the Product Owner a clear go/no-go picture.
• →Run delivery day-to-day: JIRA backlog maintenance, manage dependencies and risks across development, SAP, and business teams, and report status and risks to leadership.
• →Serve as the primary functional decision-maker for development teams on questions with agreed scope, escalating priority and scope trade-offs to the Product Owner.
• →Define data mappings and interface requirements for SAP quality notification integrations, partnering with SAP functional and technical teams.
• →Extend delivery ownership of the SmartQN product family, growing into Product Owner role for SmartQN Tasker.
• →Support KPI development, reporting, dashboarding, and ad-hoc data requests using SQL, databricks, and qlik.

• →Learn more in depth on the companies quality system and drive improvement. You will be in the forefront of the future for new concepts to support quality initiatives, be a leader in the AI movement for MRB.
