analyse current business processes and systems, identify gaps and opportunities, and develop practical solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
facilitate process mapping and operating model design, including current and future state analysis, process optimisation, and continuous improvement recommendations
engage and collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to elicit requirements, facilitate workshops, manage risks, and build strong working relationships
support the delivery of quality outcomes through requirements validation, testing coordination, quality assurance activities, and the implementation of standard business practices and measures
contribute to operational readiness by developing and maintaining process documentation, training materials, user guidance, and supporting change management activities
demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and the adoption of new methodologies, practices, and process improvement approaches.
