  • Work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to establish clear priorities, evaluate strategic trade-offs, and drive accountability for key business outcomes.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, execution gaps, and opportunities across major initiatives, proactively providing recommendations and actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between executives and cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and consistent execution of strategic priorities.
  • Own and continuously improve company operating rhythms, including Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), executive planning processes, and leadership performance reviews.
  • Design and implement planning frameworks that support effective decision-making, organizational alignment, and operational efficiency.
  • Support annual budgeting, strategic planning, and long-range planning cycles by consolidating inputs, evaluating assumptions, and highlighting business implications.
  • Lead the preparation and refinement of executive-level communications, including Board meeting materials, leadership presentations, and strategic business updates.
  • Ensure executive materials are clear, concise, data-driven, and aligned with organizational objectives, enabling productive discussions and informed decisions.
  • Partner with relevant teams to develop and maintain executive dashboards and reporting systems, ensuring metrics are accurate, consistent, and actionable.
  • Analyze business performance, SaaS metrics, and strategic initiatives to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and formulate recommendations for leadership.
  • Translate complex data and analytical findings into compelling narratives that support executive-level decision-making.
  • Design agendas and prepare content for executive meetings, leadership sessions, and company off-sites, ensuring discussions remain focused on strategic priorities and desired outcomes.
  • Document key decisions, clarify ownership and next steps, and monitor follow-through to ensure initiatives progress effectively.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy and discretion, managing multiple high-impact projects while maintaining strong relationships across the organization.
