Product ManagementProduct Manager

As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and development of a unified longitudinal patient record that brings together healthcare information from multiple sources into one trusted view of each patient's medical history. You will play a critical role in improving clinical data quality, ensuring that healthcare providers have accurate, complete, and timely information to support better patient care. Working at the intersection of product management, healthcare technology, clinical operations, and artificial intelligence, you will define how complex data is structured, connected, and made accessible across multiple products and programs. You will lead a dedicated product team and collaborate closely with engineering, clinical experts, and internal stakeholders. Your work will also strengthen AI-powered healthcare tools, improve clinical decision-making, and support quality measurement and risk adjustment initiatives. This is an opportunity to shape a foundational healthcare data platform in a remote-first, collaborative environment focused on transforming patient outcomes.

  • Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the longitudinal patient record, prioritizing high-impact opportunities across dependent products and business programs.
  • Establish a trusted, unified representation of patient care by defining how encounters, providers, facilities, medications, conditions, laboratory results, and procedures are connected and maintained over time.
  • Develop clinically grounded data standards and rules to reconcile information from multiple healthcare sources while ensuring accuracy, consistency, traceability, and completeness.
  • Lead the development of a unified record of acute care events, bringing together hospitalization, emergency department visits, admission notifications, discharge documentation, claims, and post-discharge care transitions.
  • Ensure the patient record supports a wide range of business and clinical use cases, including provider workflows, HEDIS quality measurement, risk adjustment, RADV audits, payment integrity, and revenue operations.
  • Oversee core data capabilities, including patient matching, deduplication, normalization, and clinical terminology mapping, ensuring new data sources can be integrated efficiently and consistently.
  • Define canonical data models and drive their adoption across products and internal teams, establishing migration strategies and retiring fragmented or duplicate data structures.
  • Explore and apply artificial intelligence where it can improve data processing and scalability, including document classification and record linkage, while ensuring the reliability of AI-generated outputs.
  • Work closely with engineering, clinical, and operational stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable product specifications and delivery plans.
  • Establish clear decision-making processes, document product and clinical definitions, and measure improvements in data quality, adoption, and downstream business outcomes.
  • Monitor product performance through measurable indicators, demonstrating improvements in clinical visibility, care coordination, operational efficiency, and data consistency.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives through influence, ensuring alignment and successful delivery across teams without relying on direct reporting authority.

  • Strong working knowledge of healthcare data and its clinical applications, including institutional and professional claims, C-CDA clinical documents, FHIR resources, ADT feeds, and laboratory data.
  • Experience understanding how different healthcare data sources represent patient care, identifying their limitations, and addressing gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Demonstrated experience defining canonical or master data models, including patient, provider, facility, encounter, and clinical terminology structures, and successfully driving adoption across teams.
  • Hands-on analytical capabilities, with the ability to review patient charts, investigate data discrepancies, conduct analyses, and validate product definitions against real-world clinical records.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools to accelerate research and data analysis, combined with the ability to critically evaluate and validate their outputs.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data quality, integration processes, and the challenges associated with building reliable healthcare data platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and influence engineering, clinical, and operations teams without direct management authority.
