Analista de Sistemas de Negócios – Oracle EBS

Support and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) platform, driving technology solutions, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with Global stakeholders to enable business operations and innovation.

• →Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation
• →Provide global front-line support for Oracle EBS users
• →Resolve complex and mission-critical system issues
• →Collaborate with GT, business partners, and third-party vendors

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
• Strong Oracle EBS R12 expertise
• Experience with EBS upgrade cycles
• Proven ability to lead small to mid-size projects
• Bilingual proficiency required (English and Spanish/Portuguese preferred)
• Solid understanding of LATAM market federal regulations
• Knowledge of Brazil (BR) tax regulations is a plus

• Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Financials (GL, AP, AR)

• JIRA (Agile/Sprint execution)
• Confluence (requirements and documentation)
• Salesforce, SAP Hybris, Concur, Inspyrus (plus)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
• Adaptable and collaborative mindset

• Occasional travel required
• Interest in cycling or outdoor sports is a plus
