Responsible for creating and producing digital visual content, product videos, and livestream creative assets to support eCommerce campaigns and brand communication. This role focuses on hands-on design execution, video editing, motion graphics, and visual production to ensure engaging, high-quality, and brand-consistent content across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

a. Product Video Production

→Produce (videography/shoot) and edit product videos, short-form content, and promotional clips for TikTok, Shopee, and other digital platforms.
→Develop video concepts, storyboards, visual effects, and motion graphics to highlight product features and campaign messages.
→Handle video editing, animation, transitions, subtitles, and post-production to deliver platform-ready content.

b. Livestream Visual & Creative Materials

→Design livestream backgrounds, stage visuals, virtual pop-ups, overlays, animations, and interactive visual elements.
→Develop campaign-themed livestream assets aligned with brand guidelines and promotional requirements.
→Coordinate with Livestream Specialists and Technicians to ensure proper implementation and display of creative materials during live sessions.

c. Digital Asset Design

→Create digital communication assets, including banners, key visuals, infographics, social media posts, and eCommerce promotional materials.
→Adapt master brand key visuals into platform-specific formats and campaign deliverables.
→Ensure visual consistency, creative quality, and timely asset delivery across digital touchpoints.

d. Creative Production & Asset Management

→Collaborate with Communication, eCommerce, and Commercial teams to translate creative briefs into effective visual outputs.
→Manage multiple design requests, production timelines, and revisions to meet campaign deadlines.
→Organize and maintain design source files, templates, and reusable creative assets for efficient production.

e. Creative Optimization & Reporting

→Monitor creative trends and recommend new video formats, visual styles, and motion techniques to improve content engagement.
→Review creative performance with relevant teams and optimize assets based on feedback and campaign results.
→Provide regular updates on production progress, asset delivery, and creative improvement opportunities.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, video editing, and digital content production.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent creative software.
Strong skills in video editing, motion graphics, animation, and digital visual design.
Understanding TikTok, Shopee, livestream production, and eCommerce creative formats.
Ability to translate creative briefs into high-quality, platform-ready assets.
Strong visual aesthetics, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Experience in beauty, skincare, FMCG, or eCommerce is preferred.
