A growing US home services company is hiring a part-time remote social media specialist to turn real job photos and videos into engaging content and to keep its online reputation strong.

You will take a shared folder of job photos and videos and turn it into scroll-stopping posts for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You will also look after the company’s online reputation and help document how the business runs.

• →Turn shared job photos and videos into engaging posts for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• →Reply to all online customer reviews
• →Label and organize photo and video libraries
• →Write and format company processes
• →Make website updates and edits

• A portfolio of prior video and photo content on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok
• Content that is high quality and marketable (personal accounts are fine)
• Proven ability to turn raw photos and video into extremely engaging short-form posts

• Strong skill using Claude for day-to-day work
• Ability to look at business processes and build complex operations systems with Claude
• Experience writing and formatting company processes
• Experience updating and editing website content

• Has a strong eye for what stops a thumb mid-scroll
• Takes pride in polished, consistent work
• Curious about new tools and eager to find smarter ways to work
• Writes warmly and clearly when replying to customers
