As a Security Officer Full Time Credential Records in Wellington, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a residential location, you will help create a welcoming, controlled environment by monitoring entry points, verifying visitor access, issuing badges, and maintaining accurate access records. • →Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• →Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, manage visitor and vendor sign-in procedures, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• →Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; promptly communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, building entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• →Report maintenance concerns, access-control irregularities, and other security-related observations in accordance with site procedures.

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
