As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Security Clearance Patrol Assessment in Falls Church, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and incident reporting. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative Allied Universal team that acts with integrity.

• →Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post instructions and escalation protocols.
• →Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, controlled areas, parking locations, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• →Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report suspicious conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• →Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrols, and security-related activities in accordance with site requirements.

• Possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
