As a Building Engineer II, you will help maintain the safety, comfort, and reliability of our commercial properties by performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections across building systems. You'll troubleshoot and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, lock and door hardware, boilers, and building automation systems while responding to tenant service requests and supporting facility projects. This role partners closely with vendors, contractors, and property teams to ensure buildings operate efficiently and deliver a positive experience for tenants.

Responsibilities

→Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building automation systems.
→Respond to tenant service requests and resolve building maintenance issues in a timely manner.
→Monitor and operate building systems, including HVAC and lighting controls.
→Support facilities projects by coordinating with vendors, obtaining proposals, and overseeing assigned work.
→Conduct building inspections and assist with vendor and regulatory walk-throughs.
