We support businesses looking to grow their service offerings while also empowering technicians to leverage their skills on their own terms. Our mission is to help the service delivery industry do great work, and we live that mission by doing great work for the companies and service professionals who depend on us.
The Sales Development Specialist plays an important role in generating new pipeline for Field Nation as part of our Sales Development team.

We’re looking for someone who can execute structured inbound qualification effectively today while bringing the confidence, persistence, and communication skills to proactively create new sales conversations over time.
You’ll work within established sales development processes and playbooks, independently managing your assigned responsibilities while receiving ongoing coaching to continue developing your skills. You'll collaborate closely with our U.S.-based Sales and Marketing teams and other Sales Development teammates to deliver a consistent, high-quality prospect experience and contribute to pipeline generation.
