Who You'll Serve
You'll help seniors and adults maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes. Your care allows clients to live safely with dignity while giving families peace of mind.

Responsibilities:
As a PCA, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical home care services, including:

Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
Helping clients safely transfer and ambulate
Meal preparation and assistance with feeding
Light housekeeping and laundry
Medication reminders
Companionship and conversation
Transportation to appointments and errands (when applicable)
Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the care team

Requirements:

Experience is not necessary; all you need is a willingness to learn.
We welcome Personal Care Assistants, Home Health Aides, or Certified Nursing Assistants.
Reliable transportation for client visits.
Candidates may be required to complete a vetting process as a condition of employment, consistent with Connecticut state regulations and applicable federal law. Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Reliable, with a strong commitment to punctuality and professionalism.
Able to lift up to 25–50 lbs and assist with physical transfers.
