✓Answers patient questions regarding accounts
✓Receives and answers correspondence concerning refunds and processing
✓Thoroughly document accounts in system when account is referenced for any reason
✓Ability to communicate with understanding and politeness with patients
✓Follows HIPAA rules and adheres to hospital corporate compliance regulations
