Welder / Fabricator

You'll apply your skills to a combination of fabrication, equipment repairs, modifications, and installation projects.

Precision and attention to detail are essential. The components you build and repair need to perform reliably in a working manufacturing environment.

We're looking for someone comfortable taking ownership of assigned fabrication projects while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.

From interpreting a drawing to determining how a component should be fabricated or repaired, you'll use both your technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.

This is an onsite, second-shift position working Monday through Friday, generally 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, with flexibility around the start time.

We're interested in candidates who combine strong welding fundamentals with a practical, detail-oriented approach to fabrication.

• 1–2 years of TIG welding experience.

• Proficiency with stick welding.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.

• Experience performing fabrication layout work.

• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and bend allowances.

• Ability to safely operate cutting, forming, braking, shearing, and welding equipment.

• Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards.

• Ability to safely handle and move fabrication materials as required.

• Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.

• Industrial fabrication experience.

• Experience repairing manufacturing machinery or equipment.

• Additional sheet metal fabrication experience.

• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
