Manager IT - Vehicle ECU IT system

Reporting to the Head – IT, Production & Logistics 

• Providing solutions according to the business requirements in flashing environment, main objective is to analyze, develop, test and implement new developments into the production environment.
• Pre-validation of each development in the testing environment before implementing into the production this includes end-to-end testing, bug fixing and verifying whether the requirement or concern sort out. 
• Leading & collaborating with internal sources & external sources for structuring the solution.
• Specialized in IT Vendor Management for solution creation, planning, budgeting & tracking IT spends over the development, services and tool delivery.

• Managing projects from development and deployment.

• Attending business meetings and providing status updates on current projects.

• Governance of IT projects, operations, and regular updates to Management on status of projects.

• Create and sustain effective documentation including user and system manuals, license agreements, modifications and upgrades.

• Support the management of user/ Functional Requirements Specification generation, software configuration/coding and general oversight to the Flashing Tools documentation practices.

• Enable cross-functional agile team management (e.g. manufacturing, automation, Digital, etc.)

• Minimum professional experience 5+ years with minimum 3 years in manufacturing IT solutions, especially from IT flash-ware.

• 1.5 years of expertise and hands on experience in flash-ware system.

• 2 years of experience in Electrical board and product development. 

• Knowledge of shop floor application integration with SAP, MES, R&D, Production etc.

• Demonstrated record of accomplishment of clear achievements from previous positions held.

• Experience with ITIL processes
