Responsibilities

→Operate rotational Molding machines and related manufacturing equipment
→Set up Molds, perform Mold changes, and safely load and unload Molds throughout production
→Follow work instructions, Product Summary Reports (PSRs), and quality procedures to produce parts that meet customer specifications
→Complete production records and documentation accurately
→Be a leader-assist in training and supporting team members while promoting a positive team environment

Ability to read and follow written instructions, work standards, and production documentation
Basic mechanical and mathematical aptitude and experience working with machinery, hand tools, or power tools and schematics
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Comfortable using computers and various manufacturing software systems
