→Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
→7 to 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years as a manager or reviewer.
→Deep technical accounting expertise, including revenue recognition for contracts with variable or performance-based consideration (ASC 606), capitalized internal-use software (ASC 350-40), equity-based incentive units (ASC 718), and multi-entity consolidation (ASC 810).
→Experience leading a lean team while staying hands-on.
→Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with a mid-market accounting system.
→Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to present financial results to executive leadership.

Nice to Have
