Sunday Trip Supervisor - CORE

Join Ohel's CORE Services (Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment Services) team and help empower adults on their journey toward recovery, independence, and wellness.

CORE Services provides comprehensive mental health treatment and supportive services to adults ages 21 and older. As a Sunday trip supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality services while mentoring staff and fostering a collaborative, person-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and attend engaging recreational group activities that promote recovery and community participation for Sunday outings
• Provide coaching and guidance to staff to implement treatment goals and interventions
• Create a positive, supportive environment for both clients and staff

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required (Human Services or a related field preferred); Masters degree preferred
• Valid NY or NJ driver’s license and willingness to drive 15-passenger van required
• Experience working with individuals with mental health challenges
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, writing, and computer skills

This part-time position is based in Brooklyn, which will serve as the primary starting location.

Salary: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
