• →Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents
• →Identify and report damaged materials, shortages, and inventory discrepancies
• →Enter receiving information into inventory control systems and maintain accurate records
• →Organize, store, and manage finished goods and warehouse inventory
• →Pull, stage, and deliver materials and products to production areas as needed
• →Pick, pack, wrap, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• →Process outgoing shipments using FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other shipping systems
• →Prepare shipping documentation and maintain accurate shipment records, including weights and related information
• →Assist with monthly inventory cycle counts and inventory accuracy
• →Operate forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment when trained and authorized
• →Communicate with production and warehouse teams to coordinate material movement and shipping priorities
• →Adapt to changing priorities and support additional warehouse and shipping activities as needed
• →Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas
• →Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Basic computer skills for shipping systems, inventory tracking, and recordkeeping
• Basic math skills for counting, verifying quantities, and processing shipments
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
• Ability to work independently and resolve routine issues as needed

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

• Knowledge of material handling equipment, including sit-down forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and reach trucks
