Primary Location: United States (US) - Illinois - Moline Function: Supply Chain Management (CA) Title: Indirect Materials & Services Planner - 125788 Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position This position may be located in Moline, IL, Horicon, WI, or Waterloo, IA per the hiring manager's discretion. ## Your Responsibilities As a Indirect Materials & Services (IM&S) Planner for John Deere Indirect Materials & Services (IM&S) located in Moline, IL, Horicon, WI, or Waterloo, IA you will: * Convert purchase requisitions and complete shopping carts; ensure orders meet SOX compliance * Communicate POs to suppliers * Complete timely resolution of blocked invoices and delinquent orders * Process Expedited orders * Drive compliance to Enterprise Quote Policy Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position ## What Skills You Need * 1 or more years of experience working in Supply Management * 1 or more years of experience with Supply Management processes, the Requisition to PO process and tools * 1 or more years of experience with negotiations and conflict resolution * 1 or more years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Outlook, Excel, Power Point, One Note * Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment ## What Makes You Stand Out * Experience with SAP Landscapes PAG, PSR, PDX and PFI * Experience with JDSN, SRM * Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI * Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills * Excellent relationship building skills ## Education Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: * Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Management, Engineering or equivalent related work experience What You'll Get At John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
