We are looking for a dynamic Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Duncansville, PA. In this role, you will own, evaluate, and optimize current manufacturing processes to drive maximum production efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in the introduction of new products, design seamless workflows, and take the lead on capital equipment recommendations and implementation.

Qualifications:

→Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field; or 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience.
→Lean Expertise: Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., 5S, Standard Work, PSP, SMED, VRK, OEE, TPM).
→Technical Skills: Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD (or similar 2D/3D drafting software).
→Core Competencies: Strong self-starter mentality, exceptional autonomous problem-solving capabilities, and excellent cross-functional communication skills.
