Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.

Must be a US Citizen
Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph
Requires current CI poly within last seven (07) years.
Twelve (12) years of Experience with a Bachelors Degree or Sixteen (16) years with HS Diploma.
Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
Ten (10) years of experience with U.S. Government and Department of War policies, directives, and governance structures related to artificial intelligence, data ethics, emerging technologies, or technology acquisition.
Experience supporting Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, U.S. Government, or cyber mission organizations.
Extensive experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning systems engineering, technical program architecture, LLM operations, AI resource management, requirements analysis, or acquisition support
Demonstrated knowledge of LLM architectures, generative AI, token mechanics, context windows, token pricing, tokenization, vector embeddings, cloud-based AI APIs, and enterprise AI scaling.
Experience developing cost models, financial analyses, spending forecasts, market assessments, and investment recommendations.
Strong technical writing, requirements development, documentation, briefing, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
