Hotel Club Concierge | Sheraton DFW Airport | Irving, TX

What You'll Do

As a Club Concierge, your responsibilities will include:

• Warmly welcome guests into the Club Lounge and provide exceptional hospitality throughout their visit.
• Verify guest eligibility for Club Lounge access while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
• Set up, replenish, and maintain breakfast, evening hors d'oeuvres, beverages, and other lounge offerings.
• Ensure food and beverage presentations meet hotel brand standards and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Club Lounge, including dining areas, countertops, and service stations.
• Assist guests with restaurant recommendations, transportation arrangements, local attractions, and general hotel information.
• Recognize and acknowledge VIP guests and loyalty members while providing personalized service.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, requests, and concerns.
• Communicate guest preferences, special requests, and service concerns to the appropriate hotel departments.
• Monitor food and beverage inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishment.
• Follow all health, sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Work closely with the Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures for the Club Lounge.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management.

Where You've Been

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience in hotel, concierge, food and beverage, or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• The ability to handle guest concerns with patience, professionalism, and a solution-focused approach.
• Familiarity with hotel loyalty programs and brand service standards is a plus.
• The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.

When You're Here

Hospitality is a 24/7 industry, and flexibility is important! Candidates must be available to work varying schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed by business.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform routine lounge setup and cleaning duties.
