Manage inpatient neonatal and pediatric care, including ventilator management, intubation, and central line placement. Provide night call coverage for pediatric emergencies and admissions. Perform 24-hour onsite coverage as needed, handling all pediatric cases. Collaborate with nurse practitioners and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
