Electrician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Electricians for projects located in or around Capitol Heights, MD. This is a first shift opportunity with a prevailing wage of $43.49/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are an Electrician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

• Install and replace lighting systems and fixtures
• Install, bend, and route EMT and rigid conduit
• Install electrical devices, panels, and related equipment
• Install electrical fixtures and branch circuits
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
• Install and support low-voltage systems, including data, fire alarm, and security systems
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and components
• Ensure all work complies with NEC requirements and project specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Previous commercial electrical experience 
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
