Requirements

H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or safety-sensitive role is required.

Experience in a fast-paced, continuous process environment

Ability to respond to requests in a professional and timely manner
Demonstrated intermediate communication and interpersonal skills
Strong planning, prioritization, organizational, and reporting skills
Independent problem-solving skills

Ability to troubleshoot and solve production challenges
Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite
Familiar with standard manufacturing concepts, practices and procedures
Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to read and interpret measurements

Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.

Base Hourly Rate: $32.78
