Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA): Monthly pre-tax reimbursement toward an individual health insurance plan. Reimbursement amounts are based on employee age, with additional monthly allowances of $272 for a spouse and $135 per child.
- →Dental and vision insurance through Delta Dental.
- →Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
- Voluntary short-term disability and long-term disability insurance.
- Voluntary life and AD&D insurance.
- 401(k) retirement plan.
- 9 paid holidays annually.
