Plumber

• Install, assemble, and maintain commercial plumbing systems
• Install domestic water lines, drain lines, waste and vent piping
• Perform rough-in plumbing for commercial new construction projects
• Install plumbing fixtures, valves, fittings, and equipment
• Measure, cut, thread, bend, and assemble piping materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, plumbing drawings, and project specifications
• Perform pressure testing, leak detection, and system inspections

• Minimum of 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience, preferably in new construction
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and plumbing plans
• Knowledge of PVC, copper, cast iron, PEX, and other common piping materials
• Must have basic plumbing hand tools required for the trade
• Must have required (PPE), including hard hat, safety glasses, work gloves, high-visibility vest, and appropriate work boots
