General Foreman Electricians lead the field execution of large commercial, industrial, and construction electrical projects. Responsible for overseeing multiple crews and work areas, they drive safe, efficient, and high-quality installation while ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet all specifications and code requirements.

At RK Industries, you'll coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and field operations while providing leadership to Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices. Working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, customers, and other trades, you'll resolve field challenges, promote productivity, and maintain a strong culture of safety and accountability.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and coordinate multiple electrical crews and foremen across one or more jobsites.
• Provide daily direction, planning, and support to ensure work is executed safely and efficiently.
• Proactively identify and resolve field issues, conflicts and constraints in coordination with other trades, general contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with national and local ordinances, codes, regulations, and policies.

 What You Bring

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
• Experience leading multiple electrical crews in a foreman role.
• Electrical construction experience in data center, mission-critical, commercial or industrial construction.
• Commitment to safety, quality craftsmanship, and accountability
