Full-Stack AI Engineer (Dutch-Proficient)

You will join a high-velocity product and integration engineering squad partnering with an international recruitment technology organization expanding specialized, AI-driven automation across European staffing markets.

The initiative centers on an intelligent recruiting platform engineered specifically for staffing agencies to automate talent discovery, candidate engagement, and complex workflow coordination. As a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer, you will bridge deep AI agent architecture with critical enterprise integrations (including Salesforce and modern ATS suites). Your work will directly adapt generative AI capabilities to operational staffing workflows and local regulations across the Netherlands and Europe, ensuring high system reliability, contextual precision, and seamless user adoption.

• →Autonomous Technical Ownership: Lead end-to-end technical design and execution across distributed systems, breaking complex product roadmaps into testable, incremental releases.
• →Production LLM & Agent Engineering: Implement and optimize autonomous LLM agent behaviors tailored to recruitment workflows, leveraging continuous prompt iteration, structured evaluation harnesses, and output guardrails.
• →Full-Stack Feature Development: Build, maintain, and scale responsive web applications, backend services, and external APIs to support new platform capabilities.
• →Enterprise System Connectivity: Design and deploy robust integrations connecting the platform with third-party software, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms (such as Salesforce).
• →Direct Stakeholder Engagement & Discovery: Collaborate directly with staffing agency clients, non-technical partners, and engineering counterparts to uncover operational bottlenecks and translate business nuances into technical specifications.
• →Rapid Prototyping & Feedback Validation: Rapidly prototype new AI-driven user experiences with end users, gathering early feedback to validate technical feasibility before scaling.
• →Reliability & Technical Excellence: Ensure platform resilience through rigorous code reviews, automated testing, production performance monitoring, and architecture simplification.

• Experience Level: 5+ years of production software engineering experience with a demonstrated history of leading technical design and cross-system architecture independently.
• Core Language & Backend: Advanced proficiency in Python, combined with strong hands-on capabilities across backend microservices and RESTful API design.
• Full-Stack Versatility: Solid working experience building and maintaining modern frontend web layers integrated with scalable backend services.
• Production Generative AI Experience: Proven hands-on track record building production-grade LLM applications, designing agentic workflows, iterating system prompts, instrumenting evaluation metrics, and establishing security/quality guardrails.
• Client-Facing & Partner Communication: Comfort presenting solutions to external clients, articulating technical constraints to business stakeholders, and working directly with non-technical users.
• Modern AI Engineering Tooling: Active, routine integration of AI coding agents and LLM tooling into your day-to-day software development workflows.
• Language Fluency: Professional working proficiency in both Dutch and English (required for direct collaboration with clients and partners in the target market).
• Remote Infrastructure Verification: Ability to operate within an enterprise-provisioned Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (AWS WorkSpaces). Candidates must verify acceptable network latency by running the AWS WorkSpaces health test and providing a screenshot of a passing result during the interview process.

• Modern Python Frameworks: Practical experience building enterprise applications with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Recruitment Tech Ecosystem: Direct experience integrating with popular ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Workday) and enterprise CRMs (Salesforce).
• Cloud & DevOps Fundamentals: Familiarity with AWS services, containerization (Docker), and automated CI/CD pipelines.

• Work Arrangement: 100% remote from anywhere in Latin America.
• Working Hours: Must maintain a minimum overlap of 6 out of 8 hours per day with standard business hours in the Netherlands (CET / UTC+1 or CEST / UTC+2). This requires an early morning schedule in LATAM (typically starting between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM local time, depending on your location).

• English: Daily internal team collaboration, standups, architectural documentation, and technical reviews are conducted entirely in English.
• Dutch: Professional working fluency is required for direct requirements gathering, stakeholder demos, and discovery sessions with clients and end users in the Netherlands.
