Clinical Coordinator LPN

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Uses competent clinical practice and critical thinking skills to efficiently deliver patient care while maximizing efficient use of resources.

2. Ability to be flexible in response to changes in work volume, staff and scheduling changes.

3. Knowledge of and appropriate application of the nursing processes.

4. Ability to communicate clearly with patients, families, physicians, and other employees in both verbal and written form.

5. Possesses the interpersonal skills to positively and effectively communicate, negotiate, and resolve conflict.
